Sometimes the cookies were meant -to one of a kind, used as gift basket treats, other times the -handpainted cookies were used to celebrate big bashes, and-were meant as unforgettable favors for the lucky guests. The -cookies pictured at the left depict exotic fish with great big -bulging eyes and edible gold trim, a happy sailboat, the harvest -moon as viewed from an elegantly patterned room, a Halloween -candy corn cookie, and a watermelon slice with chocolate seeds. -Click on the image to see some other special cookie creations.-These cookies are available by very special arrangement only.-They are labor intensive and take lots of prior planning.
